Klaro Habitat
The Klaro HABITAT range brings comfort, warmth and color. Create a bright and warm space by combining class A joinery elements with a profile depth of 70 mm durable hardware and double-glazed glass in 2 or 3 layers.

Glass-making techniques and the need to create the most ECO-friendly environment have led to the emergence of LOW-e glass, a type of glass that reflects a large part of solar radiation, guaranteeing a lower heat transfer and a degree of economy, and increased ergonomics.
LOW-e glass has many advantages, the main one being a much more pleasant environment, without greenhouse effect but also savings on the utility bill, by decreasing the need to cool the rooms during the summer.
Double glazing is an assembly of two or three sheets of glass separated by a space filled with air or gas.
“The configuration of the double-glazed windows recommended by us for the Klaro HABITAT range, includes at least one treated glass. You can choose from a wide variety of double-glazed windows specially designed to increase the comfort of the home: Low-e 4 mm + Float 4 mm; All season + Clar + Clar; All season + Clar + Low-e “
Depending on the positioning of the PVC window in a building, other types of glass can be used, from the one with sun protection, to the safety or laminated glass with sound attenuation.
An innovation in the field is 4-season glass or “4 seasons” – glass with solar control properties, designed to visibly reduce heat loss through the glazed surface, which means reducing the cost of heat / electricity, both in winter and summer. Using 4 seasons glass eliminates the greenhouse effect without losing natural light. This way you can enjoy the natural light during the summer, avoiding the overheating of the rooms exposed to the sun’s rays.
For the KLARO HABITAT class of doors and windows we can opt for a trypan glass with a thickness of 40 mm, compared to the classic 24 mm double glazing. The 40 mm trypan glass cannot be mounted on the windows in the ESENTIAL range because the thickness of the profile does not allow it. Mounting a 40 mm thick trypan glass is possible on thicker profiles, such as the HABITAT and DESIGN windows. In this configuration we obtain windows with a higher thermal protection and from here the reduction of the maintenance costs both in winter and in summer.

The PVC profiles used for the production of doors and windows from the Klaro Habitat range are Ecolux (class A); Veka Soft line 70 (class A) with a profile depth of 70mm which brings excellent insulation of the interior thus reducing heating costs – increased energy efficiency in buildings.
The Ecolux PVC profile has a depth of 70mm and very good thermal and sound insulation parameters. Thermal coefficient: 1.2 W / m2K (for reinforced profiles) and with an outer wall thickness of 3mm corresponds to Class A according to the European standard SR EN 12608.

The Veka SOFTLINE 70AD profile is a system that in the non-coplanar version has a depth of 70mm, two seals and an internal geometry divided into 5 insulation chambers. The SOFTLINE 70AD profile has a classic design, with slightly rounded edges. – With the SOFTLINE 70AD system you can make all types of windows with interior and exterior opening. You can also make windows and sliding doors in parallel. – The system is available in almost 50 RAL colors, in imitation wood or in heat-refractory metal foils, on both sides, only outside or only inside.
